How to do it
- Pick up the quest from Ogtinc
- Collect Ichor of Undeath - drops from Highborne Apparitions (level 45–46, ~4% drop) around Also from Highborne Lichling (~4%) , Lingering Highborne (~5%)
- Return to Ogtinc and hand in the quest
