How to do it

  1. Pick up the quest from Furl Scornbrow
  2. Collect 8× Canvas Scraps - drops from Kul Tiras Sailors (level 5–6, ~30% drop) around Also from Kul Tiras Marine (~30%) , Kolkar Drudge (~30%)
  3. Return to Furl Scornbrow and hand in the quest
