Classic route: this guide is written from Classic quest data (CMaNGOS classic-db, GPL-3.0) for a quest that exists in the WoW Forever client (quest #7836). It hasn't been checked in Forever yet, so counts, drop rates and spots can differ. Played it and found something different? Tell us.
