How to do it

  1. Pick up the quest from Daio the Decrepit
  2. Collect 15× Satyr Blood - drops from Wildspawn Satyrs (level 55–56, elite, ~80% drop) around Also from Wildspawn Shadowstalker (~80%) , Wildspawn Rogue (~80%)
  3. Return to Daio the Decrepit and hand in the quest

Tips
