How to do it
- Pick up the quest from Mangletooth
- Collect Blood Shard - drops from Bristleback Geomancers (level 19–20, ~49% drop) around Also from Bristleback Water Seeker (~49%) , Bristleback Thornweaver (~49%)
- Return to Mangletooth and hand in the quest

- Finish Tribes at War first to get this quest.
- Hand it in to unlock Betrayal from Within.
