ObjectiveFind the ruby, sapphire, and topaz that are scattered throughout Uldaman. Once acquired, contact Talvash del Kissel remotely by using the Phial of Scrying he previously gave you.$B$BFrom the journal, you know...$B* The ruby has been stashed in a barricaded Shadowforge area.$B* The topaz has been hidden in an urn in one of the Trogg areas, near some Alliance dwarves.$B$B* The sapphire has been claimed by Grimlok, the trogg leader.

How to do it

  1. Pick up the quest from Remains of a Paladin
  2. Collect Shattered Necklace Ruby - found in the Shadowforge Cache (~100% drop) around
  3. Collect Shattered Necklace Sapphire - drops from Grimloks (level 45, elite, ~100% drop) around
  4. Collect Shattered Necklace Topaz - found in the Conspicuous Urn (~100% drop) around
  5. Finish the quest at the Talvash's Scrying Bowl

Tips

  • Finish Back to Uldaman first to get this quest.
  • Dungeon quest - the objectives are inside a dungeon, so go with a group.
  • The targets are elite - don't take them on alone at the quest's level.
  • Hand it in to unlock Restoring the Necklace.
